Warranty

Live Vision Technologies supplies genuine Tiandy equipment through our authorized partnership. Manufacturer warranty on box-packed units follows Tiandy's terms. We handle the first contact from Lahore so you are not sent to an unofficial importer.

On arrival you have seven days to check the goods. If a unit is dead on arrival or the wrong model was dispatched, call 0321 5671645 or WhatsApp us with the order details and a short video of the issue. We arrange a replacement or a refund after we confirm the fault.

Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect wiring, water ingress after install, lightning, or units opened or modified by a third party. Keep your invoice — it is the warranty record.
