Returns
Unused, unopened goods can be returned within seven days of delivery after we confirm the request by phone.
Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. If you change your mind after delivery, contact us on 0321 5671645 within seven days. The product must be unused, in original packing, with all accessories.
We cover return shipping when we sent the wrong item or a faulty unit. For change-of-mind returns the buyer covers the courier. Refunds go back by bank transfer after we inspect the goods in Lahore.
Opened cameras, installed NVRs, and custom-cut accessories are not returnable except where they are proven faulty under the checking window.
