Yard and loading-bay coverage for a warehouse

A logistics yard needed a PTZ on the perimeter plus 16-channel recording with smart search for the docks.

Challenge

Fixed cameras could not follow a vehicle once it left the dock. The security team spent hours scrubbing footage after an incident.

Solution

A 33x Starlight PTZ covers the yard; an AI-Lite 16-channel NVR and 16-port PoE switch handle the dock cameras and search by face and line-crossing.

Result

Operators track a vehicle across the yard from one dome and find a person of interest without watching a full shift of video.
